Failed job returned minutes
If a job fails due to network or server timeouts, reserved minutes are automatically credited back to your balance within 60 seconds. Open the extension side panel to check your balance.
"Free trial already used" message
The anonymous free trial allows one 10-minute transcript per browser installation. Sign up for a free account to immediately receive 30 minutes every month at zero cost.
Transcript expired or missing
Transcripts are stored for 7 days so you can re-download them, then automatically deleted for privacy. If an older transcript expired, simply re-run the link with your plan minutes.
